UVI Metro Soccer if made up of players from clubs in the Upper Island Soccer Association. Those clubs include - Mid Isle Youth Soccer; Nanaimo Youth Soccer; Oceanside Youth Soccer; Port Alberni Youth Soccer; Comox Youth Soccer; Campbell River Youth Soccer and Powell River Youth Soccer.

The UVI Club is headquartered in Nanaimo, B.C. in order to remain central for teams traveling from the Lower Island and the mainland. The UVI Metro CLub operates seperate from all other clubs on its own, under the district body of UISA (Upper Island Soccer Association).
